Lisa is 8 years old and a very independent girl. She likes her teacher Frans, but he carries a big secret. Due to a genetic defect, Frans is transformed into a frog, both when he wants to and not. And that creates some problems. It becomes especially difficult when the school gets a new principal who wants the school to be the best in the country. And then a frog teacher does not fit.
