Spanish Victoria is on the search for excitement and fun in Berlin. After a visit to one of the city's nightclubs, she meets Sonne and his gang. Victoria and Sonne immediately find the tone, and can hardly see each other out of sight. The gang lures her further into the Berlin night, but it goes abruptly from heaven to hell when one of the guys owes someone a dangerous service. The night is completely out of control.
My Name Is Victoria is an intense drama shot in one long shot, which makes this a film experience completely out of the ordinary. Energetic and suggestive, it pulls you in and moves elegantly from place to place in the big city. Norwegian Sturla Brandth Grøvlen is the film's photographer and received a Sølvbjørn for his efforts. The film quickly became the big talk during this year's film festival in Berlin.
