Double Oscar winner Hillary Swank stars as the successful concert pianist Kate, who suffers from the incurable disease ALS. Her family offers the best caregivers, but Kate falls for the awkward and completely incompetent Bec. And with a healing cure consisting of a portion of laughter and a portion of tears, the two vastly different women find each other's greatest strengths.
