Louder Than Bombs

104 minutes 2015 6.6

Three years after the untimely death of photographer Isabelle Reed, in what appeared to be a car accident, widowed Gene must tell his youngest son Conrad what really happened. He asks his eldest son Jonah to return home to help, but he turns his back on Gene instead. Jonah has his own picture of his mother and is unwilling to give it up.

With a striking pictorial language and insightful character depiction, Louder Than Bombs tells a strong story about the detachment and the unity of a modern family.
