The documentary thriller iHUMAN takes us on a journey into the "invisible revolution", where artificial intelligence changes us as human beings and as a society. We are obsessed, dependent and controlled by technology. But, who really has the control? Artificial intelligence has become so advanced that we face a number of ethical dilemmas. Are we making ourselves redundant?
iHUMAN is the first international cinema documentary to show the political and social consequences of the accelerating industry through encounters with some of the greatest pioneers of our time. And how do we ensure that artificial intelligence is used in the service of good and not for surveillance, oppression and warfare? Technology companies are perceived as the new superpowers, will technology take a toll on democracy? Mankind is facing a crossroads.
