The Japanese movie Radiance (Hikari) follows Misako, who writes film interpretations for the visually impaired. As a woman who constantly observes her surroundings, she sees nuances like no other. On a film screening, she meets photographer Masaya, who is starting to lose his sight. Together they see the world through new eyes.

Cannes-winning director Naomi Kawase once again proves that she is a master at creating big stories with small means.

The film is not playable outside of Norway
