Kill Your Darlings

104 minutes 2013 6.4

A murder in 1944 brings together the great poets of the beat generation: Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and William Burroughs.

It's in the early 40's, Allen Ginsberg (Daniel Radcliffe) is studying English at Columbia University, and is learning more than he expected. Dissatisfied with the school's old-fashioned style, Allen is attracted to colleagues such as Lucien Carr (Dane DeHaan), William S. Burroughs (Ben Foster) and Jack Kerouac (Jack Huston). Together, this group explores new exciting literary ideas that will challenge the present as the future ‘Beat Generation’.
