War veteran Joey (Statham) is plagued by the fighting in Afghanistan when his team was shot to pieces by artillery fire. Now he lives wounded and injured on the street with his girlfriend Isabelle and previous fighting skills ensure that he gets a job. But the happy future prospects are shattered when the girlfriend is found killed. Avenged, he seeks out his acquaintances in the underworld to avenge Isabelle.
