Vincent and Laura lives in a passionate, but unstable relationship. In an attempt to save their relationship, they embark upon an adventurous sailing trip around the world. While exploring a desert island off the coast of Chile, a violent storm approaches, and they must take shelter in a nearby whaling station. The next morning their boat is gone. Stranded, without means of communication and with little supplies, they must stick together to stay alive. It challenges their relationship and will change it for good.
