Brothers Chris and Frank grew up in a tough neighborhood in Brooklyn, but the further upbringing was to offer two different paths forward in life. The year is now 1973 and Chris has been released on good behavior after several years in prison. In front of the prison waits a reluctant Frank who has become a promising police investigator.
