Vincent, a French soldier who has just returned from service in the Special Forces in Afghanistan, is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. He is hired to ensure the safety of Jessie, the wife of a wealthy Lebanese businessman in their luxury villa "Maryland". Vincent soon gets a strange fascination for the woman he is hired to protect and becomes increasingly paranoid. If it's not that he's right, and that his father is very real.
