Ousmane is a police officer in the infamous Paris suburb of Bobigny. When the body of the wife of an important businessman is found in Ottoman's neighborhood, he is forced to work with the snobbish policeman Francois. Two contradictions meet in the work of rolling up a criminal ring in the Paris underworld.
