Dragon and Bull spend most of their time cruising around and checking out ladies. Especially one, which Dragon is extra fascinated by. After an unsuccessful attempt to send her a love letter, the radar couple unexpectedly ends up on the roof of the headquarters of a criminal gang. The gang steals precious relics from the city's temple to smuggle them on to greedy buyers in the West. But Dragon and Bull feel obliged to call, and decide to take up the fight against the gang.
