The Comet

69 minutes 2016 5.5

The comet is about Gustav who experiences that his father one day disappears. The local community is convinced that father has taken his own life, but Gustav himself is sure that father was abducted by a UFO when a comet passed the earth the night father disappeared. He also experienced some strange lights and falling rocks that night. No one believes in Gustav, and he promises mother never to talk about it again.

11 years later, the comet is back. In the meantime, Gustav has taken over his father's job as manager of the motel, in addition to taking care of his mother. Gustav still believes that he will meet his father again when the comet returns and he gets help from self-proclaimed UFO expert Bill, who is desperately looking for proof that there is life 'out there'. Gustav also meets a girl, Charlotte, who upsets his relationship with his mother.
