A documentary about the Nigerian singer Fela Anikulapo Kuti, about his music and his social and political significance.

He was the pioneer who created a new music movement - afrobeat - which he used to express his revolutionary political opinions against the dictatorship in Nigeria in the 1970s and 1980s. His influence helped create a change towards democracy in his home country.
