Bobby Fischer Against the World

89 minutes 2011 7.4

Considered by many to be one of the world's best chess players, Bobby Fischer portrayed the connection between genius and madness. He was a prodigy who became world champion at chess at the age of 29 which eventually led to delusions and paranoia. As a loner without support from the family, Fischer had to defend his title while representing his country against the mighty during the Cold War. He spent the end of his life as a refugee and died in Iceland in 2008, alone and separated from this world.
