Topper and Viggo live in a Danish coastal town, both in trouble with their fathers. Topper's father is a sailor who has been missing for some time, and Viggo's father is always angry. One day Topper finds a magic pen. Everything he draws comes to life - also the yellow rhino on the wallpapers in the living room. This means new opportunities. And new problems.
