Tommy and Annika are tired of mum always fussing. They decide to run away from home. But escaping without Pippi is not fun, so she joins. This time it is Tommy and Annika who lead the way in Pippi Longstocking. At least for a little while. They tell Pippi that they have decided to escape and then of course she joins.
Pippi knows all about how to experience fun adventures. She can ride without wheels, and can drive a car with her legs. She's not afraid of anything. She is not afraid to sit in a barrel next to a waterfall, nor to meet an angry bull. If Pippi is in really great shape, she walks on a line between two houses, right across the street while half the city watches with her heart in her throat.
