Psychologist Thomas Schäffer has found his ex-wife and decided to resign from his position in the police. But as his final day of work approaches, a case from his past emerges. As a young psychologist, he failed to coerce a patient with war traumas, who manically drew details from brutal murders and accidents. When it suddenly turns out that the patient's drawings illustrate real murders, Thomas does not make himself stop until the case is resolved.
