Will Ferrell stars as Nick, a man who may have the worst day of his life. He has been fired from his job, his wife has thrown him out and on the lawn in front of the house she has thrown out all his belongings. Since he has nowhere else to go, he buys as much beer as he can afford and settles on the lawn in an armchair. Now things can not get worse, Nick thinks.
