The arch-criminal Dr. Mabuse and his network are about to end their latest master coup: by stealing information, Mabuse will earn a fortune on the stock exchange. Once he has taken the money, he uses his cunning and hypnotic abilities to commit a series of crimes that will increase the million-dollar profit, but not without getting the long arm of the law behind him.

Dr. Mabuse the Gambler was Fritz Lang's major breakthrough as a director, and the first film about the evil genius Dr. Mabuse. One of the biggest milestones in film history, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2022.
