The Captain

118 minutes 2017 7.4

In the last desperate moments of World War II, a young German soldier fights for survival. We are behind the front inside the Third Reich. After being chased as a deserter, the soldier accidentally finds an abandoned car in the post-apocalyptic landscape. In the car, Herold finds a uniform that will give him a whole new status. With the captain's uniform comes an authority and power, which Herold did not know he had a taste for until it is put into play. He assumes the identity of this captain, and thus also the regime he tried to escape from his stamp.

Based on a true story.
