The story of a young man disillusioned with love, who meets a wonderful young woman at a charity dinner by pretending to be a philanthropist. It turns out that she's engaged to a guy who does not like going to dates. Challenged by the hunt and encouraged by his eccentric friends, he maintains a platonic relationship to continue to see her, while trying to conquer her heart.
