Winner of the Palme d'Or at Cannes 2013!

The young girl Adèle is in a relationship with a boy. When she meets Emma, ??a far more experienced girl with blue hair, her life changes forever. The encounter with Emma marks Adele's sexual awakening and the love develops into a deep and all-encompassing relationship.

This year's Cannes jury with Steven Spielberg in the lead was impressed by the lead actors Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos to the extent that they chose to share the Golden Palm between the director and the actors. This is the first time this has happened in Cannes.

Léa Seydoux (Emma) will be a familiar face to many through her minor roles in films such as Inglourious Bastards, Midnight In Paris and the latest Mission Impossible movie.

The film is not playable outside of Norway
