Each year, Brad and Kate find one lie worse than the other to avoid having to celebrate Christmas with their families. This Christmas, the plan is to travel to warmer regions, but severe storms make sure all planes are canceled. When they are also interviewed on national television about the settings, they have no choice. This year it will be family Christmas, and before they know it, they have invitations from all four divorced parents.
