The young boy Gary lives with his eccentric parents, Camille and Georges, and an exotic bird in an apartment in Paris. Every night, the parents dance devotedly to their favorite Mr. Bojangles song. At home there is only room for fun, imagination and friends. But as his fascinating and unpredictable mother drifts further and further away from reality, it's up to Gary's father to keep her safe.
