On August 12th, 2000, Kursk sank to the bottom of the Barents Sea following an explosion in one of the nuclear pipes on board.

The film follows Submarine Captain Michael Averin and his crew on this fateful trip, and how Russian spokesmen tried to cover up - and even prevent international aid, as well as desperate attempts by the Norwegian and British rescue teams to arrive on time.

The film is not playable outside of Norway
