The Regulars is a film about the professionally criminal man Josef who has spent most of his life in prison. After his younger brother dies as a result of his lifestyle, he robs a bank and ends up in prison again. Behind locked doors he meets a younger boy, "Chris". He does what he can to raise the naive boy who is drawn to the criminal world. Whether Joseph manages to save him from the gangs inside remains to be seen.
