In 1973, 20-year-old Svante had a heart disease that doctors could not cure. When he collapses on a platform, a strange train suddenly appears. He enters the train full of amazement, not knowing that the train is heading into the future. In the future, he meets Elsa, and together they must solve Svante's problem and find out how they can be together, when they come from two different ages.
