Cagalera and Moloteco are two petty gangsters in one of Mexico City's poorer areas. Cagalera has had enough of performing on buses for a pittance and commits an armed robbery. Intoxicated by the feeling of power and driven by the dream of escape, Calagera decides to kidnap a boy and demand a ransom.
