The British security service has sent Major Anders off to investigate Professor Larsen, who has invented a macabre, life-threatening death ray. In the laboratory on Larsen's private island, it is difficult, but not impossible, to reach him. Major Anders leads a group of divers to attack, but the professor pretends to cooperate with the arch-criminal Dr. Mabuse.
