Daddy's Success is Arne Skouen's film comedy about old age hysteria and about old sports boys who never grow up.

The father of the family and the homeowner Laffen one day overhears his 17-year-old son presenter a shocking analysis of his father. Laffen is shocked by his son's conclusions and decides that he must restore his authority in the family. He must run a business that is respected. Therefore, he decides to take up his sporting achievements again and take the sports badge in gold. When he puts on a training suit and goes for a jog in the neighborhood, it becomes to the neighbor's latter and the family's despair.
